    Dr. Moussa has advised on privatization projects; mergers & acquisitions; and general corporate affairs He has represented numerous international, regional and local financial institutions; strategic investors and entrepreneurs in different capacities. Extensive academic qualifications; long term partnership with the offices of a multinational law firm in Egypt; and a transactional record that spans over almost 20 years of diligent and progressive counseling have all rendered Dr. Moussa as one of the most reliable legal advisers in Egypt. Earlier in his career, Dr. Moussa served as a counsellor with the Egyptian State Council. He also lectures in a number of universities in Egypt.

    • Investment Transactions of an EGP 1 Billion real estate project by a private equity fund, the joint venture for the construction, management and operation of a new terminal in Damietta Port by several shipping liners and terminal operators, the bid for the third mobile telecommunication operation license in Egypt by a multinational telecommunication company, a USD 1 Billion petrochemicals facility by the Egyptian Agrium Nitrogen Products Company (“EAgrium”) and the securitization of the diversified payment rights of an Egyptian public sector bank.
