**Children Policy and Family Plan:
- Maximum number of children in a room is 02 children; maximum Child age is 11.99 years old.
- First child sharing parent’s room up 11.99 years old is free of charge on the same meal plan
-second child sharing parent’s room up to 5.99 years old is free of charge on the same meal plan, and from 7 to 11.99 years old are charged 50% of ½ twin rates.
- Extra Bed is rolling type and remains subject to availability.

**Cancellation / No Show:
-All cancellations should be forwarded to the hotel in writing to the hotel reservation.
- In case of any cancellation after release date for low / normal periods; one night cancellation fees will be automatically charged.
-For high periods 50% of stay accommodation value will be charged.
- No show will be charged full stay automatically.
- The room will be considered as No Show after the midnight of the arrival date, unless a written note is delivered by latest 24 hours prior to the arrival date.
