- Starting the age of 12 years will be considered as an adult.

- Maximum number of children sharing a room with two adults is two child.

**Cancellation & No Show Clause & Payment Policy:

- Full payment or voucher is required subject to hotel option date unless credit facilities are granted in writing, by means of a Bank Guarantee or floating deposit.

- Payments can be in either cash, bank transfer or virtual credit card.

- Payments to be settled in US Dollars.

- Cancellation within 24 hours and no show will be charged one night.

- Customer refunds will not be accepted without prior approval from the hotel.
