Advising on protection of IPR, including trademarks, trade secrets, industrial designs, patents, copyrights, literary and artistic works. In addition to carrying out and supervising market investigations, anti-counterfeiting campaigns, and border measures with excellent results that led to fruitful raids with massive seizure of counterfeits. He has solid experience in negotiations with infringers with high settlement rates.
